Electrostatic Air Purifier

An Electrostatic Air Purifier uses static electricity to purify the air.  There are so many different types of air purifiers, but the electrostatic is probably the most popular.  These air purifiers work by electric charging of the incoming air and the contaminants are zapped with the opposite electricity charge.  The dirt and dust then become clumped and gather on the charged plates within in the purifier.

Some of the benefits of an electrostatic air purifier are that they quickly neutralize pollen, bacteria, smoke and viruses.  They are also very quiet and are extremely inexpensive to operate.

Also included are built-in carrying handles, a 4-speed control knob, an easy-to-change filter, steel housing, ion brushes, easy-to-vacuum chamber and a safety switch that automatically turns the power off when the door opens. The filtration method used by the Blueair Medical Pro air purifier is HEPASilent Technology.
